Customer Success Representative

At Indio, we’re tackling a tough problem that has plagued the commercial insurance industry for years. How do you make the insurance process fast and easy for business owners while still providing the best policies for their needs?

Prior to Indio, businesses would be required to fill out stacks of complicated PDF forms with hundreds of questions each. Indio solves this by bringing a Turbo-Tax like experience to filling out insurance forms that make the process quick and easy for insurance agents and their customers.

We’re growing quickly and our Customer Success team is looking to hire a strong and motivated Support Representative!  You will be client facing with our chat feature, tickets, and at times jumping on calls. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in solving problems related to product bugs and best practices on how to use the Indio platform to accomplish their desired outcome.
  • Collaborate with team members across Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Engineering as needed to resolve issues and deliver great customer experiences.
  • Monitor CSAT/NPS scores and drive increased customer advocacy by compiling and sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders including your Manager, the Product Team, and Customer Success
  • Achieve team targets for response times, service level and customer satisfaction, as established by the Manager of Customer Success.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong spoken and written language skills for working with high-value customers and publishing documentation
  • Critical thinking and listening, problems will not always be simple and straightforward so success in the position will require a strong attention to detail and ability to work through confusion or ambiguity
  • Interest in working in a fast-growing environment with changing responsibilities
  • A passion for ensuring a positive customer experience

Extra Credit (not required):

  • You have some Support experience
  • You have experience working at a SaaS company
  • You’re familiar with insurance, specifically P&C
